Join the Black Hats Society of Historic Irvington for The Freakness Stakes, a FUNdraising gala like no other!

Our derby-inspired event will feature entertainment by the Irvington Dancing Witches, music, a silent auction, and a race. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are included with entry. We will have a paid bar by SNUG with specialty drinks, wine, and beer from Big Lug Brewery. The event is 21+ and ID will be checked at the entrance.

 

This is a semi-formal event, so wear your best Ascot or Derby-Inspired look. Have a fabulous hat? Enter to win our "Best Hat Contest" for a prize.

We will offer VIP parking at 234 South Good Ave on a first come, first serve basis for $5. We also have 5 free handicap spots available. To reserve a spot, please email publicrelations@blackhatsirv.org. Free street parking can be found at the Audubon and Bonna intersections, with a short walk down the Pennsy Trail to the event site.

Proceeds to benefit Irvington Counseling Collective, a 501(c)(3). They offer sliding-scale care and are focused on providing equitable mental health services.
